BOQ Finance is activating its Special Relief Assistance for customers who have been impacted by natural disasters such as droughts, fires, floods and earthquakes. 

With dangerous conditions affecting regions across the country, the safety of our customers is our highest priority. Once safe to do so, impacted BOQ Finance customers are encouraged to contact the Customer Service Team 1800 245 614 to discuss the options available to them.

The Special Relief process provides urgent access to support for BOQ Finance customers affected by natural disasters such as droughts, fires, floods and earthquakes. Customers can discuss financial relief available including 90 day deferral of loan repayments, which may be capitalised to the loan over the remaining term.

At BOQ Finance, we understand that managing financial matters can sometimes be stressful. To help ease this burden, you have the option to have us communicate directly with your financial counsellor or representative if required.
